Typically, E-BUILD-IT! services benefit buyers that intend to transfer to the Clarksville, TN area within 6 months or Military personnel that are deployed during part or most of the building process. However, if you are already in Clarksville, you can benefit from this service as well.
There is no extra cost for the E-BUILD-IT! service. It encourages communication, which can't help but foster a better relationship between us.
We do require a face-to-face meeting during the Pre-Construction Phase with you or an individual holding a Power of Attorney. As with any build, we would also need a copy of your pre-approval for funding, before starting the excavation. And finally, you or an individual holding a Power of Attorney would need to be present during closing. As an alternate to your presence, we could use a courier service and notarize documents.
We do not provide this service for foreign investors or individuals who do not intend to occupy the home after closing.
